Orders
To track your order, you must go to the order confirmation email and click on "View your order."
If you wish to modify your order you can send us an email to help@cafidepets.com .

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it before it is shipped, you can send us an email to help@cafidepets.com
Shipping
In Spain, France, and Germany (except for the Canary Islands), we deliver orders within 2 to 5 business days or 24/48 hours from the shipping date from our warehouse, depending on the chosen shipping method: Standard or Express.
Deliveries to the rest of Europe and the world will take 4 to 7 business days.
Returns
You have up to 14 days from the day you receive the product at home to return your order.
To process the return you only have to fill in the following link: https://returns.itsrever.com/cafide
- You must enter this link (https://returns.itsrever.com/cafide) and indicate your order number and the email address you used.
- Once you have selected the model and size and the reason for return, you must confirm your address for the creation of your label. This label will be sent to you by email and you will have to stick it on the outside of the box. You will then have to drop off the package at a pick up point (the closest ones to your postcode will appear).
- How to prepare your return? Put the products inside their box and in turn inside the transport box in which we delivered them to you. They must be returned in perfect condition. Close the transport box, you can use a seal. If you do not have the transport box, you can return them in any other box as long as it is well closed.
- Once we have them in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products (between 7-15 days to see it reflected in your account depending on the bank). You will receive an email when the refund has been made successfully.

Products
The warranty period for all our products is 3 years.
Our warranty covers the replacement of affected products in the event of manufacturing defects.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- Burns, cuts, scrapes, wrinkles, marks, scratches or other damage caused by animals or improper or incorrect use of the product other than that recommended and advertised.
- Use and contact with chemical products (acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, lacquers or other hairdressing products...), treatment with cleaning products not indicated for the specific upholstery of the guaranteed product.
- Natural variations in colour or texture due to normal use and/or maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
- Non-premature wear or aging of the product.
- Indirect damages and losses of any kind.
