PET fabric Bottle recycling
The ribbon on this necklace is woven using PET recycled plastic.
We recover bottles from the seabed and we crush them again to get plastic particles that are heated again to recreate plastic threads that are woven and become this ribbon. The process of recycling this material is more expensive than using virgin plastic particles, so many brands avoid using these materials to save money on production.
Thanks to our workshops in Europe, we can produce high-quality products locally to avoid a high carbon footprint in their production. In addition to helping to recover the artisan fabric of the towns where these workshops are located.
